The hotel itself is very quaint and clean. The problem with this hotel is the very poor customer service from the front desk. Most of us in the group felt that they were very rude and really didn’t want to help us with any of our questions. They can be very short and curt. The evening clerk is as the most willing to assist us.|The hotel is in a residential area, which is a very nice neighborhood. To find the restaurants you would need to walk about 15-20 minutes to find any eating places need to go to the main street and turn left to the very end and there you’ll find a lot of interesting places as well as a larger supermarket. |Upon asking the front desk person what is there to do on this island? She had replied to whatever you want! He walked away with an attitude. |The room itself was fine. It’s a cute hotel. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of being on the main island. It would actually be very tough to move your luggage around the cobblestone roads and multiple stairs on the main island. |If I were to come back to Venice again, I would stay at a different hotel, but on the Lido.
