We stayed here in May 2023 and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice, somewhat spacious for 3 people. We had a view of the canal out front. I gave 3 stars on location, but it really depends on what you're looking for. The location is out of the way from most touristy locales but the hotel provides a water shuttle/boat to and from San Marcos Square which made our experience fantastic. The back dock area provides a beautiful sunrise view looking out at Murano. Breakfast was delicious. Depending on what your looking to do in Venice put this hotel as an top option.

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were not just attentive, but genuinely cared about our experience. Whether we needed extra towels or advice on local cuisine, they were always on hand to assist. They went as far as locating my friend’s glove she lost within the hotel. One of the highlights was the hotel’s thoughtful provisions for unpredictable weather - the umbrellas provided were a small but significant touch that added to our comfort. Moreover, the hotel arranged an exclusive boat tour to the enchanting island of Murano. Witnessing the master artisans skillfully crafting Murano glass was a rare and fascinating experience. The hotel’s bar service was equally impressive. The bartender was not just skilled but also very attentive, enhancing our evenings with great drink recommendations. Overall, this hotel is a rare find, offering a perfect balance of luxury, peace, and exceptional service. It’s an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the tourist trails and immerse themselves in understated elegance and warmth.
