Unfortunately I was there for only one night. Very pretty, cosy and modern place to stay. The location is also perfect. No lobby, bar or restaurant. But this is absolutely not necessary as there is plenty around the corner and the lovely concierge is always available for a nice recommendation. Definitely worth a stay if in Venice.

Great Location, incredible style, new, amazing rooms. But 4 stars is the maximum in my opinion. It is boutique-style, and that is what you get. The hotel has a small front office, it has a small lobby and offers close to no services. We had experienced hot water issues in the shower (cold showers). They did their best and offered to switch us to another (lower standard) room, where the same problem occured. I guess the building has a general problem with hot water during the typical hours (mornings and evenings) when everybody takes a shower. They kindly offered a partial refund for the inconvenience! Fair price! A/C barely working, they put a Dyson fan in the room. But this doesnt help on a very hot summer day.
