Great location, super clean, warm and friendly service! I had to find a place in Venice very last minute, and if you, like me, are on the train frantically searching through zillions of hotels in Venice on your phone trying to find a place that will be a sanctuary for your visit, I definitely recommend this place. In addition to the super warm, friendly staff- the hotel is super clean and pretty. Its entry has a lovely courtyard right off a square where you can have a drink or something to eat outside. They have a small lobby with seating and a 24 hour deal. They also have a little bar for eating and drinking inside. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a nice bathroom. We had both plenty of towels and bathrobes. We were also pleasantly surprised to find tons of shampoos, lotions, etc. Way more than we needed! Again thanks to the staff for such a pleasant stay. It was our oasis from the hustle and bustle of Venice. We’ll be back!

The best hotel on this 6 week trip. By far. Excellent staff. The answer was always "yes". The room might be small (hey, this is Venice) but very well done. The rain shower was worth the visit alone. When I saw the ratings of this hotel I wasn't sure if it would live up to the high bar, but did it ever. I would definitely stay here again. The other good thing is that it is not far from the railway station so you can drop the bags early.
