5 star experience and a 5 star hotel. Very convenient location near the canals. Beautiful scenery and location. Rooms were large and cleaned regularly thanks to their wonderful staff. Breakfast was a highlight for us, they had great options and a gorgeous dining area. In house food was actually quite nice. I tried room service on a night I wasn't feeling well and had a good experience. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you want a lavish hotel experience in Venice, this is an excellent choice.

The hotel location is great (about a 15 minute walk to St. Marks square). The staff were also fantastic. The room itself is nice and clean but unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on springs. Due to this, we couldn’t get a good night of sleep for the entirety of our trip.
