Reasonable hotel for a reasonable price. Pros: Great location, right by the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in the price was a nice bonus. Great air con. Compared to hotels around it was a good price. Cons: Our bathroom had a very smelly drain, one of the towels was dirty on arrival, and the toilet seat was broken.

Great location and costumers service, totally recommend this hotel, 5 min walk from the Florence train station, tours gathering place and local trams lined. Super convenient. 8 mins walking to every major attraction in Florence. 5 Stars for us!
