The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. When you arrive at the island, look for the ring bus, there is a bus stop right across the hotel. The hotel also provides bikes free of charge - very convenient for roaming at the island. The breakfast was very good as well.

Rooms and staff that take care of the rooms and restaurant are ok. A minus here are the thin walls. The hotel is a little expensive for what they offer and for the location. The breakfast was good with many options and also gluten free options. You can not eat after 10 am. The location is a little far from the boat station and City Center. The Bus comes every 20 min and does not come at night. A minus for de reception: they asked for the City tax (which is not small) at check out (and not at check in) and they wanted it in cash.
