We loved our stay here. We were greeted at checkin with warmth and charm and given plenty of local information and advice. The place is well situated and easy to locate. We met Kristina the following morning at breakfast and she was very accommodating with any requests and answered all of our questions.

Impossible to ask more from a room over one of the most famous locations in the world! We took the "Suite Deluxe" and it delivered! Room was spacious, view right over the famous balcony. The bath near the bed was a treat, but even better was the fact that they serve you the breakfast inside the room! The croissants are from the famous Flego patisserie, the best one in Verona. To top it off, the service was top notch: everybody was super nice and helpful. I want to thank particularly Kristina, who went well over her duties to help me out when I forgot an item in the room, THANK YOU!!! All in all a dream stay, I'd go back in a heartbeat, really.
