This hotel is so special and service is outstanding. I wish I could give it more stars! |My children took me on a tour of Italy for my 70th Birthday and this hotel was the absolute highlight out of all the ones we stayed in. It is centrally located with every amenity you could wish for. Our room had a terrace overlooking the street yet was lovely and peaceful . The free mini bar and snacks is a nice touch too.|The icing on the cake is the private access to the Courtyard of an evening where we enjoyed the ambiance of the Romeo & Juliet balcony.|It did feel like it was our home, albeit for a brief while. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from the start to finish of our stay.|Verona itself is lovely, so easy to walk around and enjoy all the City has to offer. There are plenty of good eating spots nearby. |We are planning our return ...

This place is awesome. Fantastic rooms, great service, and amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was extremely helpful, and booked a reservation for us at an amazing restaurant. The only reason not for 5 stars is the location. This is right in the thick of things. While it may be appealing for some, but having to fight through a crowd to get out of the hotel was not great every time.
