We stayed here for 3 nights and didn't have a pleasant experience. You only get a duvet, or none at all and without a duvet cover. Hair on pillows, dust everywhere. We didn't have enough towels and they didn't change them out. When we first entered the room it smelled like someone had been smoking there. You can hear everything through the walls. Breakfast was nothing special, but good coffee and croissants. Service isn't good either, they were really unhelpful.

The first receptionist who met me was a fantastic person. He is called Lamberto. Nott only is he super fluent in the English language. His nice way of making you feel welcome makes you think you are home. Their room is decent, with wide beds that are comfy. The place is quiet, and their breakfast is fabulous.
