This hotel is amazing, very clean, and breakfast every morning is great. The multilingual staff takes the time to learn your preferences and are always very friendly. The hotel staff is always willing to help with any questions you have navigating the city of Vicenza and surrounding areas. The hotel bar is the perfect place to relax after work. I highly recommend this hotel for not only vacations but also business ventures.

Stay here. Staff, service and rooms are perfect for a short or longer stay. Affordable with a little luxury feel. Junior Suite Room- clean and plenty big enough for 2 adults and a pull out couch for more. Lobby - excellent for hanging out and shooting pool, having drinks or playing the piano. The bar is a good addition and very affordable. Breakfast is delicious. Plenty of seating and coffee options are provided by the staff. Service - we ordered in from a local restaurant that works with the hotel and the gentleman working set up our table and food for us in the lobby area. So kind, 1st time experiencing that kind of service at a Best Western. Will return on our next trip into town. Easy to get around Vicenza, Verona and Venice from here.
