What a fabulous find and a great start to our holiday. We stayed overnight on our way to Lake Bolsena. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The rooms all face the courtyard where the restaurant is located. We enjoyed a delicious meal at their restaurant and were delighted they were able to cater for my husband who is vegan. It was wonderful to sit in the courtyard for both dinner and breakfast. We even managed a game of table tennis before leaving.

One of the worst hotel experience in the whole Italy. Rude and lazy staff, very old and damaged rooms. Paint comes off the walls. Everything is expensive.. you pax 4 star prices but get 1 star experience. You even pay to breathe there.. And their “gourmet” restaurant is whole different story.. worst food I have ever had.
