I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for work. The rooms are very clean, although the bathroom seems a bit old. The service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. Many options and great service. Very pleasant stay! I walked to the old Viterbo from the hotel. It's a 20 minute walk, but not very adapted for pedestrians. It's better to go by car and park in the public parking lots near the old town.

We stayed in family suite : two connected rooms. As BW promotion we get a good prepaid price offer. ||Check in was efficient and friendly. ||The rooms are clean with a balcony. The bathroom was large. There was a safe and free minibar in each room. We had a one coffeemaker and it was refilled daily. ||Breakfast was fine with some hot eggs and bacon, fresh cake and other bakeries. You could ask for a cappuccino or latte with no problem. ||The staff were very friendly and spoke English. ||Car-parking (5 euro per day) is available at the hotel, but there was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. We didn't took a chance to park outside because we wasn't sure about the area. You need a car if you book this hotel since the historical center of Viterbo is far away. ||Neighborhood unimpressive and no gym, but otherwise really fine. ||We would stay here again.
