Charming boutique hotel located in the old city of Viterbo. Only a few minutes walk from the main street, but a quiet location. Opened a little over a month ago.||Staff was very friendly and hard-working. They did all to make you feel welcome, which I much appreciated.||Cute interior and eye for detail. Room clean, mid-sized. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean, but a bit tight. Wifi connection was fine, but only close to the entrance door.||If anything, I found it a bit noisy from the inside. People at the reception and in the corridors / stairs could be heard very clearly, if not loudly. I suggested a door at the reception to block the echoing.I felt a bit bad about mentioning, but was meant as improvement
La struttura non ha insegne né personale al nostro check in con tre bambini delle ore 22 il titolare si è presentato con 30.minuti di ritardo e abbiamo capito qualse fosse la struttura, senza insegna, grazie alle i dicazioni di un viterbese. Avendo trovato la struttura su booking.com che che dava le due camere triple con bambini a 148 euro senza colazione e prenotato direttamente per far loro risparmiare la commissione su booking, ci è stato.chiesto un totale doppio, 300 euro in contanti e senza emissione di ricevuta, richiesta e mai arrivata. La scortesia della persona del check in, alle 23 di sera con bambini troppo stanchi per cambiare hotel, la mancanza di correttezza nel mantenere il.prezzo, scontato, di booking, il gelo della stanza al piano superiore, ci ha fatto perdere il gusto di soggiornare a Viterbo. Da evitare.
