Dit hotel, gelegen op de flanken van de Etna, en dus een goed startpunt voor een dagtrip de Berg op, is een goed zakelijk onderkomen. Verwacht geen romantiek hier. Onze kamer was royaal en van alle normale comfort voorzien. In de lounge kon je geen glas wijn als aperitief krijgen; vreemd. Voor het avondmaal moesten we zo'n 100 treden naar beneden lopen, en dus naderhand weer omhoog. In de kamers liggen tegels op de vloer. Heel goed, want de rode vloerbedekking in grote delen van het hotel is slordig, vaak vuil en/of versleten. Dat maakt geen goede indruk. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Over prijzen kan ik niets zeggen; we waren met een groep.

Bellissima location e stanze grandi, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Dalla finestra si gode di una vista mozzafiato. L'unica pecca la spa un po' piccolina ma comunque accogliente e rilassante
