I stayed here because I wanted to experience this historical town fully. Whilst the accommodation is very simple, the atmosphere of As Salt is perfectly captured. Standing out on the balcony, you can see the buildings, alleyways, dogs, and also the occasional passerby. The interior is nicely decorated, and I loved that we stayed in one of the many buildings there, feeling like we are a part of the town. The location is great, a walk away from the main attractions. Firas was extremely kind to allow us to check in at 1 AM in the morning - outside of their normal check-in hours. I also want to extend my thanks to Khaldoun, who were there to check us in, ensure everything was OK, and also served us breakfast in the morning. Every single item on the breakfast place was delicious. Both the coffee and tea were cardamom scented - just like how the Bedouins have them. Simply we had the most amazing time here!
