Positive: Very nice hotel. Great room and bathroom. Good amenities. Bus takes customers to airport and subway hourly, and to nearby mall a few times a day.There is a Family Mart in the hotel lobby. Negative: Only downside is location is isolated and not really walkable, but again, hotel provides some level of complimentary transportation.

We had an overnight layover on our way to the Philippines and wanted to stay near Narita Airport. And we came across Hotel Mystays Premier! First, super affordable especially since we weren't there very long. The hotel also comes with a free shuttle to and from Narita Airport and was super reliable and service was amazing. Second, check in was easy! The front desk agents who checked us in and out both spoke English and very welcoming after our 13 hour flight. Next, our room had everything we needed. Granted it was small compared to what we are used to in America, but bed was comfortable, big TV, and bathroom was clean. There was also so many amenities to get us all freshened up before our next international flight! The hotel has a few outlets like restaurants and a Family Mart. We didn't go to the restaurant but Family Mart was great. We needed to buy a few things and they had lots of travel sized products. The area also felt very safe. We walked about 20 minutes to a restaurant and felt OK walking to it! Overall, great hotel, great service and we recommend it especially for a layover stay.
