After traveling for 20 hours we landed at Narita Airport Japan. We needed a place to sleep and shower, and to regroup before making plans for the next leg of our journey. We selected this hotel because they offer a free shuttle pick up service from the airport. The hotel was very clean and offered our tired minds and bodies everything we needed to recoup and regroup. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance: I highly recommend Kawatoyo across the street for exceptional cuisine focused on eel. There is a restaurant on site but we did not try it.

The hotel was dated and dirty. Bathroom had a mild moldy smell. For quick night stop its good. Location is good with restaurants & aeon within 5min walk, narita san temple and airport nearby. Free airport shuttle is a plus but there was muscommunication about reservation. During off peak you don't need to reserve. Hotel should help foreigners with this shuttle request.
