Not sure why this place is rated 4/5 star. More like -5 star. Arrived and we had to ask 4 times for the guy to take out luggage until the guy finally took our bags. And I was travelling with a baby. The lady asked us for payment even before we saw the rooms. Totally different to the internet! And after we paid, she decided to tell us that the restaurant is closed so no food or drinks or room service. My room came with a kitchenette but no cutlery, glasses. Not even a bottle opener. And when I called the reception to ask for some glasses and bottle opener, she said “ohh sorry no have”! And my nanny had to clean the apartment by herself even after we requested the staff to clean the room again. They said it was cleaned in the morning but more like a month before! Dust everywhere. The shower was just drops of water and luke warm at best. I booked this place to relax but it was anything but relaxing. I understand that covid has hit Siem Reap badly but u can’t advertise as a 4/5star and open ur doors with minimal services. If places are not ready to open then don’t open because this was just a really bad experience.
