Went here for the Spa and massage and even though the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful we can’t say the same for the Masseuses that arrived to do the massages .. very rude and unhelpful when asked about options with massage etc .. we ended up leaving as there was no point in going any further .. don’t waste your time here as there are many professional Spa Massage boutiques in Seam Reap with far more friendly service
Paid 70 US a night for a jacuzzi room via Agoda. Overpriced. Room dated with peeling paint, TV not working and one jacuzzi hose out. The internet was also slow which made streaming movies difficult. The service wasn’t great either - staff not very approachable and would not go out of their way to help. Example: I missed breakfast and asked if I could buy a coffee - was told breakfast was finished and pool bar not yet open; so the answer was no. And that was it. Breakfast was basic and they had no bacon on one day - American breakfast with no bacon…. The location is good and the general open area with pool looked nice enough. But this is a 3 star hotel with 35 US$ being about the right price.
