The resort is beautiful yet it feels old and outdated. In my opinion the need to do some major upgrades around the property. The gym needs to be redone, half of the machine work but all of them are old and rusty. The bathrooms by the pool and bar are uninviting and remind me of a bathroom in a public park. The lobby is cute but everything about it feels old. The rooms are worn, it feels old, it smells old, things are falling apart, the bedding and towels even need to be upgraded. I imagine they severely suffered during and post COVID, and they don’t have the cash flow to make the upgrades that are necessary. The food is not good, especially the lunch menu, which you can I my order at the pool bar. I wanted my money back. The breakfast is subpar. The spa is okay. It’s over priced and felt mediocre. Nothing about my experience felt special and I had a better spa/massage experience outside of the resort. The spa also need to be updated; it felt old and questionable on cleanliness. For example I didn’t want to put my face on the towel on the massage table. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. They are willing to extend themselves to help you. I loved being greeted by them every morning and when I returned for the day. Major shout out to Thoeum Thong; he is phenomenal and should be deemed employee of the month. He truly makes the resort guests feel welcomed and he’s such a hard worker. Overall, this hotel felt like a 3-star. That said, prices are ~ $33 USD / per night. So, I guess you get what you pay for. I don’t think I’d stay at Lotus Blanc Resort again.

We enjoyed 8 wonderful nights at the Lotus Blanc privilege floor. The Resort is beautiful designed and very clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly and gives you a real 5 star feeling. Our room was very comfortable, nice designed and tidy with a quit view towards the pool. The Pool and the tropical garden was really cool. The pool was quit warm, it would be a great experience to swim in a cooled pool. The gym is old but still functional. We recommend to invest in new equipment. The breakfast in a beautiful Grand Hotel Breakfast room was good. The Hotel offers a egg, pancake and soup station. As well as a variety of Asian as well as European options. Please offer complimentary coffee options like cappuccino. Only black coffee is no option these days especially not in a 5 star Hotel. The Hotel also has a fantastic Nightbar/Restaurant Siso. We loved to have diner and enjoy the live music. Please improve the Wifi! We can fully recommend this Resort for side seeing around Ankor Wat and Siem Reap. The night was average 60Euro including breakfast. For further inspo please follow @hannahundclemens on instagram
