Went with a tour of 17 people. Nice hotel , but breakfast was just OK. Staff were very friendly. Nice pool but didnot get a chance to use. Everything is marked in USD. Big room and the bathroom was very big. Seemed like it was recently remodeled.
Hotel is impressive at first sight. Quite colonial, but that's where it ended. Staff do not smile and are quite direct. Breakfast is hopeless unless you are vegetarian and we were told not to bother with the restaurant for dinner. Noticed it empty most nights so that probably spoke for itself. Air con was a struggle. They would turn it off when they serviced the room so when you came back at the end of the day. The hotel was hot and then your room was hot. Took forever to cool down. Overall the hotel is very tired. I would not recommend it.
