Truly excellent. We were welcomed by the team at the airport and were given cold towels to freshen up in the MPV that came to pick us up. The staff were just first class. They knew our names and very friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of western and asian spread. The rooms were very comfortable with nice bathrooms. Our views were looking out onto the street but it was not noisy. Location of the hotel was very central and it was within walking distance to the market, royal residence and other attractions. We also booked our tour to Angkor Wat with the hotel and it was very well arranged with full flexibility to suit our needs. Highly recommended for a stay in Siem Reap.

Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. I have travelled for work for 30+ years, so that is no mean feat.||The hotel is understated and not brash. Beautifully decorated with style (from the shop over the road). The room was large, very clean and had everything that was needed. Very refreshing shower and air conditioning that actually went to the temperature you set (also it did not sound like you were next to a wind turbine).||The bar and restaurant area is outsoors, but covered and there is an air conditioned pod. Again stylish tableware. The bar and restaurant staff are attentive, without being in your face. When we sat down the first time they immediately turned on the fan above our heads. Just little touches like that made the stay (4 days) very special. The food was very tasty and well presented and they had a delicious mocktail (Ankorian portion) which was cooling in the 30 degree heat.||The staff: Well hard to say anything other than perfection. Being a small boutique hotel meant they got to know us. They were very friendly, but not overly so. They greeted us evrytime we returned from a trip or dinner with a refreshing face and hand towel and large welcoming smiles. Our rooms were kept spotless and checked 3 times a day.||We returned the day before we left after having been in an opensided jeep while visiting an elephant sanctuary. We asked if they could launder our clothes (2pm) They arrived back before 6pm pristine. Far cleaner than our washing machine at home would have managed it.||I cannot recommend Viroth more. It is an oasis in the middle of the city and you will be pampered with a smile.
