Very clean and comfortable. All of staff is absolutely wonderful. The rooftop restaurant food is very good and available for room service. Great coffees for purchase. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Strong coffee and tea included. The only downside is if you're trying to be close to the beach. There are some beaches around 15min drive, but they're not great. Otres beach was about 30min away with a tuktuk. However, this was a last minute booking for us so I'm grateful they had any vacancies during a holiday. If I were into gambling, I'd definitely stay here for that. They have a little casino downstairs. I was a bit hesitant to stay at a casino/hotel but it was not loud at all and no drunk or rowdy people. It was during a very busy time for New Years too so I'm impressed how well the staff managed so many patrons. The security at the front door helps people in and out of cars/taxis so it feels safe going out and coming in at night. We stayed as a family and I would definitely recommend!
