This is a great hotel! They upgraded our room for free when we showed up earlier than 3 pm when our room wasn’t early. They let us order from both of the restaurants after 7:00 pm in order to help out both the restaurants! They also suggested to visit the islands nearby and treated us extremely well during our stay. The bartender by the pool is one of the best bar tenders I’ve crossed paths with. The beach is wonderful and very relaxing! This hotel does everything right and the hospitality is excellent. We took advantage of the good spa specials and the traditional Khmer massage was very fun to enjoy! The spa has a room with two tables so couples may get massages together. What keeps me from giving this hotel 5 starts is the pricy laundry service. Don’t get me wrong though, the laundry service was top notch and they did such a wonderful job. Sadly, you’re paying top dollar for it and it’s worth waiting to do laundry at another hotel during your journey. When you enjoy their breakfast, go for the fresh fruit and the natural yogurt. That natural yogurt is the best yogurt I’ve ever had and enjoyed it both mornings I was there. Thank you!
