Absolutely loved our stay here. Great for a couples or for a girls trip. Came for my bday and it was the perfect escape. I was blown away by the programming. You can have a totally lay low vacation where you just eat & beach & sleep or they have a full schedule of cool programming that you can pick and choose. We went on Sunday - Thursday and I thought we would miss all the fun weekend events but they surprised us by releasing an entire August schedule of programming and had fun things to do each day and socials each night. One of the nights we were there, they did Drag Trivia at Paradise Pizza and it was so fun. It actually inspired me to host a Pride Drag Trivia night at my restaurant back home. We never left the property except we did a boat day and we were so fulfilled. They also brought in so many cool creatives and artists to host the activities which I thought was so thoughtful. They curated the activities so well and brought in such great talent to execute them. From workout classes to makeup lessons, I was really amazed. Great service, all the staff were so wonderful except of the managers at Tillies. He just seemed lazy and didn't fit in with the rest of the level of hospitality. We celebrated my birthday at Tillies and were one of the last tables, the music turned off and we had JUST gotten our entrees so the vibe was dead. It totally killed the dinner and we asked repeatedly if we could get the music turned on and the manager we asked was like meh whatever it's on a timer, i'm trying, but no sense of urgency. He was sitting down and chilling. I get it we're on an island but it was just a far cry from the other level of hospitality in every other corner of the hotel! Loved loved Moises from the front desk. He is going to do great things in the hospitality world. The food is actually really great, which was a huge plus. Also we're big wine nerds, flew with some bottles of natural wine and were surprised at how thoughtful the wine list was. They had some really amazing wine producers and for being an island, we were impressed. The somm at Tillies was really great too. All the staff are really awesome at what they do and seem like they enjoy their jobs. The vibe across the board is amazing. Last thing!! They just opened their boutique and every time I stopped in there I was either coming back from the gym or sweaty in my bathing suit so trying on the clothes was not enjoyable, I often felt hot and flustered. The boutique staff said they could pull the items and send up to my room so I can try on in the comfort of my own room after i've showered and gotten ready. I LOVED That. they also pulled some additional items, and i ended up buying so many cute things. GREAT curation of products in the boutique. Honestly, one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at. 5 stars, kudos! xxx

Palm Heights was everything and more! It was a soulful retreat of an experience if you are looking for a relaxing vacation and reset. The ambiance, the small personalized touches, the live plants everywhere, the complimentary crystal Kayak and sound bath sessions...I absolutely loved how close to nature you feel here and wished I had stayed here longer.
