We stayed here for 8 nights December 2023 and really loved this resort! The staff members are friendly, happy, welcoming, and very helpful! They made our stay fun, and I already miss their daily smiles and fun nature. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeepers did a very thorough job each day. Rooms were very clean without the overpowering smell of chemicals. Balconies are small, but enough space for 2 chairs and a small table. Views are breathtaking! Our room faced the pool and ocean which was noisy during the day, but all outdoor activities end by 9pm. We enjoyed the food options although $35/pp for the breakfast buffet is a high price tag. Beach Ambassadors were plentiful and very happy to help with anything you need while relaxing on the soft, white sand beach for the day. Press a buzzer located by each chair, and they come take your drink and/or food orders. Highly recommend this resort! It's kept very clean, faces west for beautiful sunsets, the food and drinks are great, and the employees are the BEST!

Upon my recent stay at this hotel, I was immediately struck by the unpleasant moldy odor emanating from the rooms. This was not just a minor inconvenience; it raised concerns about the overall hygiene and air quality of the establishment. To add to the discomfort, there was ongoing construction throughout the property, which made for a very noisy and disruptive environment. In conversations with some of the workers, it was confirmed that they are aware of the mold issue. They mentioned that they are in the process of replacing the drywall, but this is being done at a rather slow pace. While I appreciate the efforts to rectify the situation, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Future guests should be aware of these issues before booking. Dear General Manager, Firstly, I appreciate your dedication in personally responding to every review. However, during our stay, we felt that our concerns weren't addressed in real-time. Despite it being the low season, we were allocated one of the less desirable rooms. Could this have been an oversight or a management decision? We would have appreciated more proactive assistance during our stay
