I was there for a 7-day stay to decompress, after mom passed away. They came highly recommended by my travel agent, Latitude Concierge Travels. Upon arrival I was met with courteous staff, who exceeded my expectations. Through conversation, they found out about my dietary restrictions and they set up a meeting with myself and the Head Chef for the restaurants and they catered to my requirements so that I wouldn’t become bored with the cuisine. I had booked a master suite and my room was gorgeous. The spa and gym/fitness areas were always kept extremely clean and I really enjoyed working out outside. I took advantage of their daily teasers that were offered from the spa. Each day the spa offered complementary services at a shorter time and I was able to get a 20 min massage and a foot scrub while there. The ferry ride over the beach was short and once you arrived you were greeted with a representative from the resort. They ensured your time at the beach was comfortable, ie set up your beach chair/towel and checked in to see if you needed anything while there. It was an amazing time, and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a serene and calming environment. I would definitely return to this resort.

My partner and I stayed at the Zoetry Marigot in September ‘23. Overall, the hotel was what we wanted. Staff: the hotel should be so proud of its team. They were amazing, always so accommodating. Accommodation: Our room was a garden view. This was nice and quiet, with a slight view of the harbour. The room requires some updates. Wardrobes are decent size. The balcony was a warm but relaxing place to chill out in the morning and evenings. We did have some issues, which are covered later. Location: approximately 90 minutes from the international airport. The hotel offers a free pickup and drop-off service. However, this wasn’t mentioned when we booked. The hotel is located in the famous Marigot Bay. The hotel has access to the promenade; we walked daily along this to access Coca Cafe and Hurricane Hole. Hotel features: 2 pools, one with a pool bar. The smaller pool was more of a relaxing area. If the hotel was at 100% occupancy, then there would be a struggle for sun beds. The pool bar does sushi, which was great. Crispy Shrimp Sushi might have been ordered most days! We didn't use the spa or gym, so we ignored for the review. Restaurants: The hotel has a few different restaurants. These open at different times, offering a few different menus. The main restaurant, 1461, has a lovely view over part of the Marigot Bay marina. The food and staff was enjoyable. Open for breakfast and dinner. The Cove, located under 1461, offered a more relaxed service with access to the Rum Cave, open for dinner only. Hurricane Hole is located a 5-minute walk from the main area of the hotel. Our personal favourite, we ended up going there for breakfast most mornings. The staff were always so friendly. The Caribbean Crunch for breakfast was lovely. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coca Cafe next to Hurricane Hole was a fantastic extra. This cafe offered a range of coffees. In addition, pastries, cookies and ice cream. The Coca Cafe was a perfect afternoon spot for a milkshake or iced coffee. Beach: This is accessed via a 2-minute ferry from the Hurricane Hole. The beach was limited but offered several water sports. The staff there were friendly and well stocked for drinks for you to relax with. The beach was sandy, but other beaches on the island were nicer. Issues: 1) Sadly, we had a few issues during our stay. Our TV Media Centre (access to hotel news/international TV channels/music player) didn’t work. We tried telling the front desk four times. Maintenance were sent over four times, who retuned the tv, but that didn’t fix the issue. 2) housekeeping requests: we asked for new towels during our 10-day stay on day four, but this didn't happen. We asked a few other times via the room tablet. This request was never processed. Asking the front desk on our last day, we finally got new towels. Overall: we enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would visit again
