I had a disappointing experience at Dar l'Eau Vive. The service was subpar, with staff seeming disinterested and unhelpful. The facilities were in poor condition, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, the promised amenities were either unavailable or inadequate. The owner and management of Dar l'Eau Vive demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability throughout my stay. Communication was abysmal; they seemed unresponsive to guest concerns and unwilling to address issues promptly. It was evident that they prioritize profit over guest satisfaction, as evident in the neglected maintenance of the property and the disregard for guests' comfort. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customer feedback make it clear that they need to seriously reconsider their approach to running a hospitality business. Overall, I would not recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
