Terrible experience. We were asked to pay twice , the owner denied our payement , which we had fully provided by cash , and then asked for another full payement. ( please ask for a receipt , they're scammers) . First day , breakfast was good , for the next 3 days , leftovers were given to us . One last thing , the AC remote is not provided obviously so that it can't be used , when we asked for it , they kept us hanging and never brought it and toilets smell A LOT ! There's a bunch of better options in the area . Definitely wouldn't recommend this place .
I showed up for my pre paid reservation, and the door was slammed in my face (there is no real, standard hotel lobby). They told me they were not the “Hotel Princesse Ilham” and they didn’t know where it was. I asked some locals for help, and they insisted it was the place. I told them what happened so they helped me by knocking on the door again, and the same woman refused to come to the door, but spoke to us through the window telling us that it was the hotel but it was already full. They would not honor my 2 night reservation, which I had already paid for online. I called the agency I used to book the hotel, and when they tried calling the hotel they would not answer any calls to help straighten anything out. Do not book here!!!
