I would love to be able to rate this better.. here is the thing. Location is great, service was great, breakfast was great. All A's there. The rooms... They need improvements. Our first room was actually very good. Comfortable beds, cool, very small bathroom though with limited space to access (keep in mind if you are larger or elderly, not going to work). Unfortunately too, there was a leak from the shower upstairs, down on to one of the bottom floor beds. They changed our room, no problems or hesitation the next day. They addressed and were fixing the leak, we saw, that day also. Our next room, beautiful, amazing view. The ac unit however did not work on lower floor and was not very powerful on top floor which led to a very hot night of sleep. Also the water to shower in the PM and AM was FREEZING. Apparently they need to switch on and off the heater from solar but that is not expected when returning to the room sweaty at midnight or 1 am. It's a hot city, full of walking and stairs so the comfort of a shower and ac really was important when you need to relax. So if these small tweaks in comfort are fixed, I'd certainly recommend the hotel. The location is excellent and the middle courtyard very cute, a great complimentary breakfast in the mornings too.
