This hotel is fantastic, great value for money, the spa is Amazing, ask for Iman if you get a message she is a goddess. All the staff was super friendly and help, huge compliments to the chef, the room service food is top notch and nutritious. I got the junior suit and had a fantastic experience for 2 weeks. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location with a modern hotel that is great value for money. Thank you for a great stay flowetown.

It is a below average hotel with arrogant staff,lifts are tiny,hardly 2 persons can use them at a time and they would take you to undesired floors and you have to make several attempts to reach at your floor,poor electric work done as electricity got disrupted in the middle of night and took several minutes to restore,very poor bath design and poor quality bath fittings specially column shower,no proper slopes in the bath rooms as water would not go to the drain,no vanity in the hand wash area to put your own stuff,the rear rooms have horrible views,recommended to count towels and pillows on check in otherwise the hotel staff will blame you for any missing items,insult you and make you pay exuberant price for allegedly missing items when you are sitting in your transport and leaving the hotel knowing that you have no time to settle the issue,the breakfast is below average with very few items,all in all a rip off and not recommended.We had booked 14 rooms for our group through a tour operator and all paid in advance and on check out they asked us to bring our luggage from rooms to the lobby ourselves as they said it is not included which is very strange.I have travelled all over the world but never had such an annoying experience.
