Absolutely fabulous Riad, one of the very best we've stayed in at this price range (€60 per night). Lovely, helpful staff (Fatima) who was always happy to give advice or top up the breakfast buffet! Talking of which, the unlimited breakfast buffet, which includes delicious freshly-squeezed orange juice, was quite wonderful (see photo). You really don't need to eat again until the afternoon or even the evening... We stayed in the Bouregreg room and absolutely loved it. The decoration was good, the bed comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well and it was so quiet. We also enjoyed the easy access to the peaceful roof terrace. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to Bab Lalou and the medina. Highly recommended, but book early as it gets booked up well in advance...

Riad Meftaha is located just outside the medina of Rabat. Very nice, clean, colorful, roomy riad. Friendly English-speaking staff. The riad offers an excellent breakfast with a variation of yummy breads, fresh homemade jams (strawberry, apricot, lemon, fig), various kinds of olives, eggs, cheeses, dates, figs, and lots of other stuff. We traveled through Morocco for 22 days, staying in 14 different riads and kasbahs. We both agreed that Riad Meftaha had the best breakfast of them all, including the freshest and best msemen!
