We found the staff to be friendly, attentive and professional. Their dedication to keeping a clean space and giving prompt attention was evident at each turn. The bed was comfy and the softest we experienced in Morocco. The breakfast was remarkable with a wide variety of choices with the option of a omelette. The corner suites have large windows with natural light and almost panoramic views of the city. I messaged them with a few requests and they helped me research a location so that I found an obscure item. On our last day, we flew quite early and they packed a feast of a breakfast for us. The night shift can’t be easy, but we found them peppy and helpful at 4 am. We were very pleased with our stay.
