The only positive point for this hôtel is the room.|They are suite spacy and confortable.||Expect this positive point, the remaining ones are a disaster :|Staff not friendly : i have never seen such non involvement from a staff.|Not adapted for children : no mini disco / animations or playground |Pool quite dirt : it seems it is not cleaned every day |Food of restaurant not good and always the same |ALL inclusive does not include a cakes / fruits / ice cream |Beach close to the hôtel is dirt and always full. You have to rent a transat (30€)
The hotel itself is very cool, the rooms are new and lovely. but the hotel is not clean, they don't replace the sheets at all! there are mosquitoes on the roof and walls of the room that is dead but didn't clean! the service is not good! not all the staff speaks english which makes it very hard to speak with them, some of them are rude, one time we called the reseption and asked for something, because they don't want to bring it to us they hang up the phone in our face.|the food is not bad & its close to the center and the beaches.|for me it was a place to go back to at the end of the day and sleep in, but I will never go back to the same place again.
