Two of us seniors, spent a week here October 2023. The hotel is out of the way, would have liked to be able to walk to places. However the bus service is great, you can buy a travel pass from the hotel shop. The hotel is very clean, no matter what time of day you can observe someone cleaning or tidying. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Patricia on reception was marvellous and super helpful. The room cleaners are polite and do a good job. There are loads of loungers by the pools and you get a free beach towel for your stay. The entertainment staff were also friendly and chatty it was simple entertainment in the bar but we enjoyed it. The restaurant had a variety of food options all beautifully presented and something to suit every nationality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very clean, friendly hotel.

This hotel lies in a quiet area without much distraction but with a good connection via the public bus service and the ferries to Gozo. Breakfast and dinner always had a great variety, good taste and there was never a lack of anything. A real pleasure was the dinner at new years eve. It was so delicious and there were so many different foods. Everyone was dressed up properly (except for one french football fan) and it was a really nice evening. The indoor pool is really large. The sauna is small and could've been hotter, but overall good. Be aware that this is not an adult only hotel, so the pool area was never quite. The gym is quite ok. A rowing machine and a small multipurpose tower/ machine would maximize it's functionality but the treadmills, bikes and the 20kg dumbbells are a good start. What really stands out to me are the personnel. Everyone was always friendly and polite and especially Juan from the restaurant made our vaccation delightful. Thanks to everybody!
