I couldn’t give 0 stars because this hotel really deserves it. The service in general was really poor as the cleaning and people who were supposed to help you at the hotel. I had the worst experience in my life staying in this hotel because I developed an allergy as a result of bed bugs. I had to go to hospital during my holidays because I tried to speak to the manager to find a solution. They changed the room for me with not a better outcome cause the skin rash was getting worse in the other room. I had to leave the hotel at the end to get better without a full refund. Really bad experience.

I don't know how these stars are assigned to hotels, but under no circumstances does this Canifor hotel deserve these stars. Second-hand beds, deformed mattresses, very worn pillows, as well as linens and towels. There is no shampoo, shower gel or other hygiene materials. Another wing is being built for this hotel. At 7 o'clock in the morning the workers start working, creating an indescribable noise. I have video and photos to prove it. The stay was horrible to some extent also due to the fact that something of some value was stolen from our room. They did not take our complaint seriously. Moreover, the hotel manager scheduled us at 5pm on the day of our departure (check out was at 11am) but he ran away like a coward half an hour before. He managed to postpone our complaint to the police and he succeeded. Thus we were deceived. Room was pathetic.. Staff unprofessional trained.
