So pleased to see the location, facing the seafront and views across the bay. The reception was smart and spotless...shout out to thank the cleaning staff who were continually working and polishing. Restaurant was light, spotlessly clean and self serving a good choice of meals. Vegetarian options every day, fish option, salads and sweets. Every meal was delicious. Lounge was modern and comfortable, the view of the bay can only be seen from the balcony and Restaurant but staff were happy and helpful. It was a quiet area to relax in. All the staff were friendly and happy. We felt cared about, nothing was too much trouble. Spa area was lovely. Indoor pool, saunas, gym. All high quality. We didn't try the roof top pool as it was a bit chilly but it looked cared for and clean. Roof top views were great. We had a terrific stay at the hotel, live entertainment some nights. Fully recommend.

Excellent hotel right on the sea front. We booked a 5 night stay over the xmas period with easyjet holidays. The room was lovely with tea/coffee and a free large bottle of water. The hotel staff were super friendly at all times and there always seemed to be a manager walking around saying hello to all the guests. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and although the hotel was busy there were lots of tables and plenty of staff. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return
