I recently had the opportunity to stay at this newly built hotel, and while I had high expectations due to its impressive interior design, I must say that my overall experience fell short of what I had envisioned. Upon arrival, my initial impression of the hotel's aesthetic was undeniably positive. The interior design was tastefully done, exuding a sense of sophistication and modernity. However, it is regrettable to report that my enthusiasm waned as I encountered the untrained and unfriendly staff at the reception desk. Their lack of professionalism and warmth was disappointing, and it hindered the overall hospitality experience. The rooms, though newly built, did not meet the expected standards. One of the significant drawbacks was the lack of privacy on the balconies. The absence of proper dividers or partitions between rooms made it uncomfortable to utilize the balcony space, as it felt intrusive and exposed. Furthermore, the promised sea view was not direct, which was a letdown for someone who had specifically chosen the hotel with hopes of enjoying such vistas. The sleeping arrangements were equally dissatisfying. The mattress on the bed was notably uncomfortable, providing a poor sleep experience. The absence of natural light in the rooms added to the overall sense of confinement and lack of ambiance. While the hotel seemed to prioritize aesthetics, it fell short in terms of quality and attention to detail. The breakfast selection was disappointing, with only one appealing option made fresh daily. This lack of variety quickly grew monotonous, and it failed to cater to diverse preferences. The rooftop pool, although advertised as a luxury amenity, did not live up to expectations. It was surprisingly small and felt cramped, with inadequate spacing between sunbeds. This lack of space contributed to a claustrophobic atmosphere, which detracted from the relaxation and enjoyment one would typically seek in such a facility. In conclusion, while the newly built hotel showcased a visually appealing interior design, I found myself ultimately disappointed by various aspects of my stay. It is my hope that the hotel management will take note of these areas for improvement, as they have the potential to elevate the guest experience and align it with the initial expectations set by the hotel's impressive appearance.
