What an incredible hotel!! 1️⃣ The staff are all extremely professional. Nothing is ever to difficult for them to get done and it is always accompanied with a big smile! They will become family during your stay! 2️⃣ It is such a magnificent hotel but what made this even better was the fact that they were so accommodating, helpful and patient with ALL kids! They go above and beyond to keep the kids happy. For Christmas they had an entire Christmas show for the kids and each child even received a gift. The babysitters are GOLD. Ask for Nandita. She was so kind and amazing with our kids! When we arrived they had a bottle steriliser, cot, bottle warmer, baby bath and much more ready for our baby and they will make puree for the baby so no need to travel far with food 🫶🏼 3️⃣ The weather was sunny and warm, we had the best time in their clean pools and pristine surroundings. The beach was clean with turquoise water. We did not have to wear any swim shoes as the swim beach was very well looked after and clean. The resort is extremely clean and beautiful. 4️⃣ The food & culinary experience was truly perfection ✨ 5️⃣ The gym and classes were powerful and exactly what you would require on holiday 💪🏽 6️⃣ To the entire “back office” who help make this hotel as amazing as it is, you deserve so much recognition as you keep the mechanics of this hotel, running! But as I end this off, here is a huge congrats to the COO and GM of the hotel. You were never too busy not to personally great the guests and it was incredible to see how you find the time to oversee everything at this resort! Well done and thank you for an amazing time!!
