Absolutely horrible experience! Upon arrival there was nobody to welcome us, we had to get inside and one of the waiters who was on his phone noticed us and gave us the menu for food. The staff were complaining and saying mean things about clients loudly to the point that we heard it! The waiter got our food wrong 3 times and refused to give us what we asked for after he got it wrong. They never apologized. The only positive side was that the place was beautiful
This place was our first stop in Mauritius. We arrived early in the morning but decided to go straight to the hotel because we felt tired after a long flight. We had 2 little kids. To our surprise we were given a room for a few hours to rest and then after 2 pm our own place was ready. Our daughters enjoyed swinging and running around the premises. The ambiance, staff, and food is amazing. Thank you so much for having us for 3 nights.
