The hotel doesn't look much from the street and the rooms are basic, but we liked it. The owner is very kind, he told us where the nearest laundry is and helped with everything we needed. The beach is really close and so are some nice restaurants - we especially loved La Palapa. They also have a little common area, which was great for us, because we were two families traveling together, so we had some breakfast there and the kids could run around ...
My daughter and I stayed in Posada Lilia one night. We arrived around 4pm on Saturday after visiting the Flamingos. It took a moment to realize the office is two houses down the street from the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The hot water took about two minutes to arrive, but it was plenty hot. We asked to and were allowed keep the room later on Sunday so we could have a place to clean up after hanging out on the beach. We had a great little vacation and won't hesitate to stay at Posada Lilia the next time we visit.
