This was the perfect place to stay during our visit to the area. While we didn't get to enjoy the pool, we did enjoy food and drinks and a quick game of pool. Our room was really nice, the beds were comfortable and room was beautiful. Excellent location and we were helped with getting a tour guide for our visit of Chichen Itza. We only stayed for one night of our road trip through the area but will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip!

Upon entrance this place is indeed beautiful, however during my 2 nights of stay it was difficult to rest. I could hear the 2 rooms next door, on the right and left, when they will speaking and when flushing the toilet, I was woken up at night due to kitchen cleaning dishes from restaurant and same in the morning. During night, I could hear visitors having their dinner. There was an Intense beam of white Light directly towards my exterior Window. I made the reservation way in advanced, not sure if because I speak fluent spanish and I wrote down in country: Ecuador, they put me in a very loud room. I come from New York and Australia. They cant be trusted with Taxi services either. Find yourself a reliable local taxi instead. Swimming Pool was full of dead flies and bees. I saw NO SECURITY at night when I came back at 9.30pm. I ordered one night some pasta and ice cream, it was delivered quickly, a bit overpriced.
