The hotel has a great location, well designed rooms, and access to parking. The restaurant offers good food but the staff is not courteous. The room cleanliness was a huge disappointment. I was there for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed, the room never vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned appropriately, not even swept or mopped. The AC is not circulating properly which makes the room very hot to have a comfortable sleep, and the water goes from hot to cold to hot over the course of a shower. Seems that they have water issues. The restaurant food is good but the chairs are old and uncomfortable as you sink into them. It's a shame because this hotel has so many good qualities but they don't seem to care about their guests' experience.

We stayed here because one of us had an early morning surgery. It's a fine hotel and a nice place to wait instead of the hospital waiting room.
