After a long drive and no luck finding a decent hotel room in matehuala I was lucky to find this hotel in Google. I called the hotel at 3 am and a very polite lady answered the phone. After explaining my predicament and frustration she was very understanding and said that 2 rooms will be waiting for me and my exhausted family. After we arrived, the lady in the front desk checked me in very fast and they even took my keys and parked my vehicle inside their gated parking lot. In the morning she handed my keys back and pointed to their breakfast area and took care of me and my family. I will recommend this hotel to anybody and hopefully I will see them in December 2024 again. Thanks
Great hotel off the beaten path. Easy check in. They required a deposit of 1500 pesos for our dog but no size limit and it was refunded in the morning no problem. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Off street enclosed park.
