I frequently come to SLP and this time I wanted to stay in a hotel that could allow me to work in my room. While the rooms are clean, and staff are friendly, no one resolved my issue. The internet is extremely slow!! 3mbps download and 3mbps upload. I couldn't work in my stuff since I work online and have online meetings going. I told this the front desk and they told me to contact some number to which an indian person answered in English (I'm spanish speaking native) and started to ask me technical questions such as the IP of my computer and stuff I didn't have time to solve. Also, the phone doesn't reach my laptop and the beds are occupied by my family sleeping at 2300. Staff is friendly, but I'm NOT coming back. Completely waste of time when traveling for business and you need a high speed connection. The next day, the internet is still slow, unusable and there's nothing they can do. We tried swimming at the swimming pool and wow .. it's extremely cold. We ended up deciding not to get into it. Maybe we can get in for a couple of minute but definitely not to spend a good time relaxing. So, the swimming pool is unusable as well. And lastly here's the lake view. The lake is not part of the hotel,.clearly but here's w picture.

The location is about 15 minutes from the City Center. (79-80 pesos with an Uber)||The pool was closed both nights that we were there as they were cleaning and maintaining it. The views from the roof were quite nice.||The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing great, but not bad either. ||The bedroom linens were smooth as silk and very clean. The rooms could have been stocked a little better as there was just 1 bar of soap and 1 hair conditioner. No tissues, shampoo or body lotion. I don’t use those anyway, but simply noted their absence.||The heat and a/c worked well and the staff was absolutely terrific everyday! |They really were like concierges!||Howard S.
