Really complicated driving from Airport to this Hotel , also had a really bad experience, United Airlines provided a room to stay here as a complementary for a delayed flight ✈️, unfortunately service really bad here , Desk service had a hard time providing a room for most of the passengers , so they made us wait in the lobby till they approve reservations. Also the employee at the Desk she called her manager and who ever he was , He was very rude and got upset with her . So at the end we just needed to keep waiting after a long day at the airport we had to wait more here. We all thought we were coming to rest and deal with less hassle but stead we were just waiting. Place looks nice but service needs to be better.

Staff was very friendly everywhere (parking lot, reception, restaurant, cleaning, etc). Rooms are very comfortable, good size, clean and nice bathroom, bed was pleasant and location was perfect to visit the city. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to San Luis.
