Very quiet and friendly. The rooms are small and the bathroom vanity area is very tight and doesn't have a big mirror. The view is really nice. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. The area with hot tub and pool also has a table tennis and pool table plus a bar. It was fun hanging with our friends there. |Bonus, they have beautiful dogs roaming around the property.
It could be great, but didn’t meet the expectations they set out. We specifically booked this place because they had a jacuzzi. We were really looking forward to that especially because it was winter. When we got there is was ice cold. In Mexico many hotels don’t heat their jacuzzis until someone asks to use it, which takes HOURS! We thought La Cima would be different. They started to heat it but it wasn’t ready in time so we never got to use it. They gave us a promotional voucher for a free drink and free breakfast which was another reason to book with La Cima. But only after I drank my craft beer they tell me it’s not included in the promotion. Also when we come to the restaurant they tell us that the promotion for our free breakfast has been ended. Usually hospitality type businesses try to exceed expectations, but La Cima failed to meet theirs. They weren’t terrible at all. I just wouldn’t recommend them for the amount of money they ask.
