We visited the desaru resort for the second time, returning after a year. Our stay was excellent, and all initial issues were ironed out by the attentive manager & his team. The resort is gorgeous with a huge diversity of native flora & fauna surrounding stunning architecture. Service was impeccable; the staff remembered us from our first visit. This made our stay all the more special. The spa was fantastic, as always. The kids had fun and we had a good rest. This is an exceptional place. We will be back!

Tranquil setting within the tropical forest of Malaysia. Service was great as staff were attentive to our needs. The gardens were well manicured, surrounded by native fauna, birds and even monkeys resting in the treetops.
