Dirty rooms n toilet. Moulds can be seen everywhere in the toilet tiles. Dusty. Breakfast are prepared on ala carte basis Parking only provided in mall area in which u have to compete with mall visitor to find parking before you can check in. Parking will be validated with rm5 flat rate. Not recommended.
Honestly this hotel has a very high potential due to its location connected to the mall. But this is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been, the toilet and sink are definitely not even being cleaned dgn ada kuning2 lekat at the seat. The toilet cover also already tercabut. Most of the towels have stains although i already requested for a change. Probably because the cleaning staffs are in small number. Even the bed smells. I really hope that the management team take fast action about the hygiene because this hotel has a very very strategic location with everything in the mall. Siap ada decathlon lagi. I really want to go to this hotel again if the hygiene is tip top. Please do something about it if you want this business to last.
